Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rapid Build ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. You will be asked to explicitly accept these Terms when you first log in.

2. Description of Service

Rapid Build is an AI-powered software development platform provided by Rapid Circle. The Service enables users to:

  • Describe software requirements through AI-assisted conversations
  • Generate structured specifications, technical plans, and design documents using artificial intelligence
  • Have working software built automatically through AI coding agents (GitHub Copilot)
  • Deploy applications to cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure)
  • Showcase completed projects in a public gallery
  • Collect analytics and user feedback on deployed applications via an embeddable widget

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account using a valid work or personal email address
  • Provide accurate and complete information (name, email, and optional organization details)
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Accept these Terms of Service upon first login

Accounts are provisioned through Microsoft Entra External ID. Pending signups that are not activated within 30 days may be automatically removed.

4. Submissions and Specifications

The core of the Service involves creating "submissions" — software ideas that progress through a managed workflow:

  • Problem Description: You provide a description of the software you want built
  • AI Conversation: An AI assistant helps refine your requirements through multi-turn dialogue
  • Specification Generation: The AI generates and iteratively updates a structured specification document, including a completeness assessment
  • Technical Planning: AI generates technical plans, design specifications, and delivery plans
  • Automated Build: A Rapid Circle engineer may initiate an AI-powered build using GitHub Copilot coding agent, which writes code, creates pull requests, and deploys your application
  • Deployment: Your application may be deployed to Microsoft Azure (including Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and optionally Azure Cache for Redis and Azure AI Foundry)
  • Sharing: Once complete, your project may be shared with you including site credentials and GitHub repository access

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses Azure OpenAI to generate content including but not limited to specification documents, technical plans, design documents, delivery plans, titles, problem improvements, complexity assessments, and feedback summaries. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before relying on it for business or technical decisions
  • AI-generated code produced during automated builds may require review and testing
  • Rapid Circle does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose

6. Gallery and Public Showcasing

Completed projects may be featured in the public Rapid Build Gallery, which is accessible without authentication. If your project is showcased:

  • A summary, screenshots, industry classification, and pricing information may be publicly visible
  • Your name or personal information will not be displayed without your consent
  • An admin may manage gallery visibility, and you may request removal at any time

7. Embeddable Widget

Deployed applications may include an embeddable Rapid Build widget that provides:

  • Analytics: Page view tracking, session analytics, and usage metrics for site owners
  • Feedback: An AI-powered feedback chat where end-users of your deployed site can report bugs, request features, or ask questions

The widget operates on deployed sites and collects data from end-users of those sites. If you deploy an application with the widget enabled, you are responsible for informing your own end-users about data collection in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content for AI processing
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, submissions, or deployed resources
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including its AI, hosting, or build infrastructure
  • Use the Service to develop competing products or services
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent bot detection mechanisms
  • Use the AI capabilities to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  • Misrepresent your identity or organizational affiliation

9. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: Problem descriptions, requirements, and business context you provide remain your intellectual property
  • Generated Specifications: Specifications, technical plans, and design documents generated by the AI based on your input are owned by you
  • Generated Code: Source code produced by the AI coding agent for your submission is owned by you and delivered via a GitHub repository
  • Service Improvement: You grant Rapid Circle a non-exclusive license to use anonymized and aggregated data (not your specific content) for improving the Service, training quality metrics, and analytics
  • Platform IP: The Service itself, including the AI prompts, workflow logic, platform design, and widget code, remains the intellectual property of Rapid Circle

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party services. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept their respective terms:

  • Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting, storage, AI processing, and identity management
  • Azure OpenAI Service — AI-powered conversation, content generation, and analysis
  • GitHub — source code repositories, issue tracking, pull request management, and Copilot coding agent
