Rapid Build – Free Trial Terms

Trial Period

Rapid Circle offers a 30-day free trial of Rapid Build and its features. By registering your email address for Rapid Build, you agree to these free trial terms and conditions. You will receive login credentials to access the platform which marks the start of your trial period.

At the end of the free trial period, you may choose to continue access which will involve a cost. By default, access will automatically become inactive upon expiry of the trial period.

A free trial is limited to one individual per registration. Rapid Circle reserves the right to decline or terminate a free trial for any user at any time and for any reason. It is not permitted to create duplicate email accounts for the sole purpose of obtaining additional free trial periods.

You may submit as many builds as you like. Review by our engineer has to be done before finalizing the build. Due to limited availability of our engineers, we may not have the capacity to finalize your build. This does not in any way prevent you from starting your build and experience the amazing defining path of your desired solution with our AI agents.

Any builds you create will be available for 7 days, with the possibility for 2 times a 7 day extension.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and preventing access by unauthorized parties. Rapid Circle is not liable for any unauthorized activity that occurs on your account, and you agree to indemnify and hold Rapid Circle harmless in this respect.

When using Rapid Build and accessing the related website at https://build.rapidcircle.com, you agree to refrain from any unauthorized or unlawful use of Rapid Build. This includes, without limitation:

  • attempting to gain unauthorized access to Rapid Build or related systems;
  • conducting or facilitating any denial-of-service (DDoS) attack;
  • uploading, distributing, or installing malware, viruses, or other malicious code;
  • engaging in any activity that may disrupt, damage, or interfere with the proper functioning, security, or integrity of Rapid Build or its infrastructure.

You may not use Rapid Build in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of Rapid Circle or any third party.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to Rapid Build, including its design, architecture, algorithms, underlying principles, and related documentation, remain exclusively vested in Rapid Circle.

You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering, distributing, or creating derivative works based on Rapid Build or any of its underlying concepts, code, or functionalities. Any attempt to replicate Rapid Build or exploit its core methodologies—whether directly or indirectly—is strictly prohibited.

Data Ownership and Use During Trial

During the trial period, all data generated within Rapid Build—excluding your personal data in your registration email address—shall be considered data of Rapid Circle, and Rapid Circle shall have full access thereto.

Rapid Circle will treat such data as confidential vis-à-vis third parties but may use it for internal purposes, including training and improving Rapid Build.

After expiry of the trial period, you will no longer have access to your data or to any solution created using Rapid Build, including any underlying code.

Gallery Publication

By using Rapid Build, you agree that, by default, the solution you create will be added anonymized to the "Gallery" available at https://build.rapidcircle.com/gallery.

Your initial prompt and design specification will not be made publicly available. The Gallery is accessible to any visitor of the website. Prior to publication, Rapid Circle will ensure that any company names, logos, trademarks, or other identifying references to an individual or company (except for the colors of the build) are removed.

Data Privacy and Security

Rapid Build is made available within Rapid Circle's own Microsoft Azure enterprise environment and does not access your own environment or tenant.

Rapid Circle's environment is built in accordance with Microsoft security standards and includes industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access or security breaches.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we strongly recommend that you do not submit personal data during the creation process or in any final build during the trial period.

Scope of Services

Access to Rapid Build during the trial is intended solely for your own exploration of the solution. You may request support by booking a meeting; however, any support is provided at Rapid Circle's discretion and on a reasonable-efforts basis. Response times are not guaranteed.

Availability of Services

Both you and Rapid Circle have an interest in keeping Rapid Build available 24 hours per day. In the event of unscheduled outages, Rapid Circle will use reasonable efforts to restore availability as soon as possible.

Rapid Circle may also schedule maintenance periods for updates and upgrades, which will, where possible, be planned outside peak usage hours.

Limitation of Liability

You use Rapid Build at your own risk and remain solely responsible for such use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rapid Circle shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising out of or in connection with the use of Rapid Build, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

AI Disclaimer

Solutions created using Rapid Build rely on artificial intelligence (AI). While Rapid Circle has designed Rapid Build to generate optimal outputs, AI-generated results are not independently verified, and no guarantees are given as to their accuracy or suitability.

Governing Law

Your use of Rapid Build is governed by and construed in accordance with:

  • the laws of the Netherlands, if you are a Dutch resident;
  • the laws of Australia, if you are an Australian resident;
  • the laws of India, if you are an Indian resident.

Modification of Terms

Rapid Circle reserves the right to modify and update these terms and conditions at any time and with or without notice to users. The terms and conditions shown on this webpage are the most current version and supersedes all other prior versions. Your continued use of the website or Rapid Build after the terms and conditions are updated shall constitute as acceptance of such changes.
